This isn't my main gym but is the one I choose when I'm in the area, every time. The gym is clean and well equipped. The members are nice to train with being respectful and offering challenging sparing sessions. Both owners were there both times I trained and they are really cool guys.

Absolutely love it here. Dancy and Mike are both class acts. Everyone here is very welcoming. All the coaches are knowledgeable and teach techniques that not only work at the highest levels of competition, but are also beginner friendly.

I had a really great experience training at Ground Control Hunt VAlley. Very friendly environment and highly skilled instructors. The facility is top notch as well. I've been training for over 15 years and I would definitely recommend anyone in the area who is interested in martial arts training to check out GC Hung VAlley. If you're completely new to martial arts or if you've been training for years, you can find what you are looking for there.

Awesome facilities, Dancy and MIke are super friendly and enthusiastic, and went the extra mile to ensure everyone had a great time. Really cool spot to train for all experience levels!
